Malaysia.

him extensively
across ASEAN,
Taiwan, China and
the Indian
sub-continent to
negotiate business
and supply deals
with vendors,
distributors and
national oil
companies.

On the HR front,
William managed a
workforce of nearly
600 in Malaysia,
negotiated numerous
wage negotiations
and a Collective
Agreement with an
in-house union as
well as administered
his fair share of
staff appraisals,
job evaluation and
ranking.

On the Coaching
front, he is
professionally
trained as a coach
with Results
Coaching Systems,
Australia
and is the
2nd VP of
the International
Coaching Federation
(ICF) (Singapore
Chapter).
