easiest way to understand how SDC

consulting firms is to know what we
do not do.
• We do not just write reports.
We do not just write a manual of
recommendations, leaving the
implementation to others. We often take
the burden of responsibility to ensure
that process, system and behavioral
changes are physically implemented while
we are working with our client. Our
project management process demands the
highest levels of accountability to key
client milestones. Implementations we
have undertaken range from delivering
customized learning solutions (through a
combination of experiential face-to-face
learning, multi-sensory learning,
e-learning and one-to-one coaching) to
multi-phased long-term organizational
integration projects.
• We do not send the most senior
consultant for the bid and use junior
interns for the implementation. What
you see is what you get. Part of our
commitment to you is to use only the
most experienced consultants with the
most relevant domain expertise on our
